Lawyer admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and other Higher Jurisdictions, he is a Professor of International Business Law at LIUC – Cattaneo University and of European and Trust Law at the University of Brescia.

He holds various roles in arbitration and professional associations, serving as a Member and Representative of the European Arbitration Chamber in Brussels, Arbitrator and Co-Arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings, Member of the Board of Directors of Confedilizia, and President of Assotrusts.

He has over twenty years of experience in advising on trusts, succession and wealth planning, international arbitration, international corporate law, cross-border transactions, and corporate planning. He is the author of numerous publications and a speaker at national and international conferences.
