Graduated in Business Administration and Control, first from SAA (School of Management) and then from the University of Turin, he specializes in financial consulting, auditing, and management control.

After gaining significant experience at leading auditing firms such as KPMG and Ernst & Young, he further developed his expertise in finance and corporate matters through management roles in various business environments. There, he built strong skills in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, financial planning, due diligence, and supporting SMEs in their relations with the banking system.
