Lawyer

Lawyer since 1992 and admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since April 2005, he focuses exclusively on criminal law.

He has gained significant experience in corporate criminal law, particularly in the industrial, commercial, bankruptcy, tax, banking, and financial sectors, including representing senior executives of major corporations and financial institutions in high-profile proceedings. He also handles cases involving medical malpractice and defamation through the press.

He advises companies on the development of organizational and management models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001; in this context, he serves as a member of Supervisory Boards and regularly provides legal defense for entities charged under the same Decree.

He graduated with honors and distinction in Law from the University of Turin, with a thesis in criminal procedure, and was a student at the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé in Strasbourg.

He collaborated with the University of Turin as a teaching assistant in criminal procedure and worked with the legal journals Cassazione Penale and La Giurisprudenza Italiana, summarizing and commenting on court decisions.

He has been a speaker at conferences, particularly on tax criminal law and criminal procedure, and has provided training for executives and senior officials of the Ministry of Economy, teaching for the Higher School of Economics and Finance.
