Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and Higher Jurisdictions, he is a lawyer specialized in corporate law, banking law, and corporate crisis. For over twenty years, he has been providing legal advice and assistance to companies—including listed entities—and leading financial institutions, particularly in debt restructuring transactions, even in highly complex and financially distressed situations.

Over the years, he has developed specific expertise in small-cap M&A transactions, where strategic, legal, and negotiation aspects are deeply intertwined.

His practice also extends to white-collar criminal law, with a focus on corporate and financial crimes. He has participated in some of the most significant Italian trials in the field of white-collar crimes over the past fifteen years. He also advises on corporate criminal liability, assisting clients in the development of compliance programs, internal policies, and defense strategies.

He has held top management positions within regulated companies and financial intermediaries, including roles on Boards of Directors and Executive Committees, and is recognized as “fit and proper” by supervisory authorities for such roles.

He spent 15 years with the law firm Avv. Giuseppe Iannaccone e Associati, where he was a partner from 2014 to 2020. He then continued his career as a partner at the international law firm SLC LEX, with offices in Milan, London, and Dubai, alongside Prof. Avv. Andrea Moja.

He serves as director and lecturer in university courses on financial and corporate criminal law, with a focus on M&A, restructuring, and business crime.

He got the titles of “Business Crisis and Insolvency Manager” and “Expert Negotiator in Corporate Crisis".

He is a certified contributor for Il Sole 24 Ore, recognized in the following legal areas: Corporate Crisis – Negotiated Settlement and Crisis Management; Corporate Law – Extraordinary Transactions; Criminal Law – Corporate Crimes and Entity Liability under Legislative Decree 231/01. He is also a regular contributor to FundsPeople magazine, writing on financial regulation.

He is Deputy Director of the “Corporate Finance” Department at Nexum STP S.p.A.

Accredited by major banks for legal advice and litigation, he is a speaker at national and international conferences and an author of articles published in leading legal and financial journals.
